war148 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a Member's breach of these Terms, war148 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following investigation, any withheld balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.
Members wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. The remaining balance will be processed as a standard withdrawal.
